Our tribe

At 14 years old Jay was stuck in a cycle of crime. His business studies teacher noticed his misguided entrepreneurial traits and decided to help him to launch his first business, this encounter changed the trajectory of his life.

We believe every young person deserves to realise their full entrepreneurial potential!

DivInc’s vision is for millions of underestimated (women or those from low income or ethnic minority backgrounds) young people annually to be able to launch their own startup businesses and gain investment by inspiring, equipping and funding them.

By the year 2030 we aim to have 1000 graduates from our incubator to have either sold or reached a level of profitability in their business that enables them to angel invest into our current incubator cohorts.

Millions inspired and equipped to start something new, thousands funded to take a chance on their dream and hundreds receiving angel investment to take a risk will enable us to accomplish our mission.

Our clients play a crucial role in our vision. We enable our clients to access and impact the next generation of talent and influencers. Our clients understand that our students are vital to their future, they understand that mentoring, engaging and partnering with our students in an authentic way will be extremely beneficial for all involved.

Due to the environment Gen Z are born into they have a higher propensity to possess entrepreneurial traits. Whether these traits are used to launch a startup of their own or to partner with our clients to solve problems they face, the transferable skills learnt during our incubator will help our cohorts to shape future.
