DivInc uses a percentage of their profits to run a free startup incubator in secondary schools across the UK.

The three month online incubator guides students from ideation all the way to how to pitch. The best ideas are then selected and given a chance to pitch for funding from investors at their demo day. Founder, Jay Richards truly believes that the transferable skills learnt from launching your own startup are vital for a young person to be a success as they leave secondary school.

DivInc Founder, Jay Richards is the 5th of 6 children from migrant parents. From getting involved in robbery while at school to now the Founder of DivInc and a Forbes 30under30 entrepreneur, he credits his Business Studies teacher at school for guiding his sense of entrepreneurship in the right direction at the right time and now aims to provide opportunities to Gen Z.

DivInc helps Gen Z from underestimated backgrounds (women or those from low income or ethnic minority backgrounds) to utilise their genius to solve the challenges of the world’s greatest brands or to launch their own startup businesses.
